[PATCH] x86: prune redundant x64 from RMPREAD

As noticed during review of the RMPOPT/RMPDIRTY patch: CpuRMPREAD depends
on Cpu64, so the attribute is redundant to specify. This then also matches
in particular RMPQUERY.
---
Is there a reason RMPREAD, unlike the other RMP*, requires its operands to
be spelled out? Perhaps the comment added by 4612bba098b1 ("x86: RMPUPDATE
wants operands in different form") also was partly misguided and should be
constrained to just the form with operands in wrong order? Otherwise, if
we mean to insist on operands to be spelled out there (which isn't in line
with the APM), we should likely also drop the operand-less forms of RMPOPT
and RMPCHKD again right away.
