[PATCH 0/1] s390: Un-XFAIL some non-PIC load offset ELF visibility tests

After careful review (see patch) I propose to un-XFAIL the XPASSing
non-PIC load offset ELF visibility tests on s390 64-bit (s390x).

An alternative would be to follow Alan's approach from commit
2893311c839d and skip all of the non-PIC shared library tests on
s390 64-bit (s390x) as it is done for powerpc and mips already.

I tried to get my head around whether it would be possible to
move visibility_var from sh1.c to sh2.c for !SHARED to replicate
the solution from Alan's commit 125c64931b97.  I struggle with
whether that would be feasible while preserving the visibility
(hidden/protected) properties.
