[PATCH 7/8] bfd/Sparc: drop 64-bit BFD_RELOC_* aliases

FWIW I would remove the unused infrastructure.  It is pretty trivial in
this case to restore the definitions of ENUMEQ and ENUMEQX whenever
needed.
