[PATCH v2 0/3] aarch64: deprecate some ISA features

A couple of features which were specified in the architecture, but
never implemented in products have been withdrawn. This short series
adjusts the assembler to warn if they are used in real code. The
intent is to ultimately remove support entirely from the tools, but
we'll do that in stages and deprecation is the first step.

I'd like to get this committed some time next week, so that it's in
with plenty of time before for the upcoming branch.

Changes since v1:

 - Incorporate most of the feedback from Jan

Richard Earnshaw (3):
  aarch64: Remove a stray comment from opcode/aarch64.h
aarch64: warn if the TME feature is used during assembly.
  aarch64: deprecate mpamv2_vid sysregs
