The Binutils 2.47 release is approaching, with the following planned
schedule:

  Create the branch:   Sat 11 July
  Create the release:  Sat 25 July

Andreas K., could you please approve for the Binutils s390 targets?
Andreas A. could then subsequently approve for the GDB s390 targets.
