How or by whom changes are made there I simply don't know. Plus as said, gold
being on its way "out", I wonder whether such an addition would be very useful
right now.

Thanks, yet as indicated: The process for updating translations isn't quite
clear to me. Nick, would it be appropriate to directly apply such a patch?

Further, you sent a raw diff. No Signed-off-by: is perhaps the biggest hurdle
in taking it as-is. A proper title and a brief description, i.e. a proper full
patch would also be nice. Ideally not as a reply here, but as a brand new
thread.
