Hmm, when we have the case that there are multiple supported SFrame 
versions, we will want to devise a way to run the GC tests for the newer 
supported SFrame versions.  In that event, it may be clearer to have 
explicit --gsframe-3 and --gsframe-N tests...

So I think changing this to --gsframe-3 now makes sense.
