[PATCH v3 0/3] sframe: Fix sframe handling when doing garbage collection

Hello,
 
Please find a series of patches that fixes the removing of sframe
sections during garbage collection. This patch series fixes the
bugzilla issue PR ld/32769.

What is new:
 - Function _bfd_elf_sframe_present_input_bfds uses bfd_get_section_by_name. 
 - Fix regressions in s390x.
 - Tests are simplified.
