[PATCH 0/2] sframe: Fix testing infrastructure.

Hello,

Please find two patches that fixes/improves sframe testing across
various testing configurations. The first patch is solving PR 33784
addressing the two-step test approach used by PR 33401.  The second
patch is addressing the concerns of linking standard libs when they
are not needed.
