The testsuite changes are actually related.
The change in behavior made some tests redundant so were deleted.
The naming of the tests had to shift to keep some coherence in the naming, which created some churn.
Hence my advice in a previous email to review the tests in their globality from your editor by applying the patch on your tree.
Splitting those changes don't make much sense in this context.
