 Sure, I can certainly refer to the note at the top and also say why the 
reverse condition, at both places.  Or actually I've just sent an update 
for the test as it is, since it's local to the CRIS target and therefore 
you can approve it regardless of this outstanding patch series.  Then the 
second place added with this change will just get the same comment.
