binutils git: error 429 (too many requests)

I am getting that error when I try to git pull from

gjl@cfarm121:~/gnu/source/binutils-master$ git fetch
fatal: unable to access 'https://sourceware.org/git/binutils-gdb.git/': 
The requested URL returned error: 429

This is from cfarm121, and I did not invoke "many" requests.

Maybe related to the recent Anubis update or scraper bots?

Though IMO it would make sense to add extra allowance for cfarm?
