[PATCH 00/11] aarch64: System register updates

This patch series is based upon a full audit of the aarch64-sys-regs.def file
the Architecture Registers spec (2025-03 release of DDI0601), and was initiated
partly as a followup to the introduction of the -menable-sysreg-checking
option.

There are various related cleanup patches in this series.  The functional
changes are:
- Marking a system register as write-only (patch 03/11);
- Addition of missing system registers (patches 04/11 and 05/11);
- Removal of system registers that were dropped from the architecture
  (patches 07/11 and 08/11);
- Updates to the feature requirements for most system registers
  (patch 09/11).
