[PATCH v7] objcopy: add option to specify custom prefix for symbol of binary input

I pushed this patch, with a few minor fixes.  The test fails on lots
of PE and COFF targets, and quite a few others.  Not because the test
is bad but rather that objcopy -I binary doesn't work on those
targets.
