 I have committed this change now, thank you for your review.

 NB for `mcore-pe' there's still:

XFAIL: PE-COFF 32-bit image fixup

so clearly commit f72471128d1a ("ld/PE: adjust pe_detail_list[]") wasn't 
enough to get this target to work.
