That is a closed group, concerning itself with *only* Intel and AMD,
rather than the *entire* x86 ecosystem that exists out there.

Thus, We decide to remove the support to ease maintainence effort.

Yes, the AMX-TRANSPOSE bits (CPUID flag + opcodes) *cannot*
be recycled, *ever*.
