[PATCH v3 0/2] LD/PE: Remove remains of MIPS target support

Hi,

 Following Richard's suggestion to switch the list of PE architecture 
identifiers to an enumeration I have made this tiny patch series, which 
makes the switch in the first change and then follows with the removal of 
MIPS target support remains in the second.

 This has passed my usual verification, spanning 248 targets as of this 
writing.  See individual changes for details.

 OK to apply?
