See my mail from Sep 22. Things haven't changed, and over the last three
weeks I was mostly traveling and then had a week of vacation. If someone
else gets to this earlier than me, even better. Otherwise please be
assured that this series is not lost. But there's quite a bit of other
stuff to take care of as well.
