[PATCH 0/4] x86: support APX-NCI-NDD-NF

Note that this poses the risk of fallout (albeit that's to be expected when the
spec still is in flux, isn't it): People restricting the ISA to less than APX,
to then add in APX_F, will get only APX_F now. If we want respective command
line option and directive to retain original behavior (violating what the spec
now mandates), we'd need extra logic there. But then we also would want to have
a way to truly limit the ISA to APX_F.
