Sorry, I don't have an exact time. It depends on when various people
can do DNS/network setting updates. But I expect the actual migration
will take place between 16:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC.
To get that in your local timezone:
$ date -d "Fri 28 Nov 2025 16:00 UTC"
$ date -d "Fri 28 Nov 2025 20:00 UTC"
But DNS propagation also takes time and might make the new server
inaccessible for some time after that.
