[PATCH 0/4] aarch64: Improve sysreg print_operand notes

The primary aim of this series is to enable printing the disassembly notes
"writing to a read-only register" and "reading from a write-only register" by
default.  Switching this on revealed some existing bugs and other issues, which
the rest of this series addresses.

I'll commit this next week if there are no issues raised.
