[PATCH v2] RISC-V: Support MIPS extensions: xmipscbop, xmipscmov, xmipsexectl, and xmipslsp

Hello Nelson,

we've updated the spec to 1.8.1, so that it contains the mentioned 
extensions.

I will send another patch which addresses your concerns regarding

instruction format (appending "mips." to them) and the spec version used.

Also, there is a PR pending to the RISC-V Toolchain Conventions project, 
which adds

first two extensions, which will be followed with the rest in the near 
future.


Shortly after this mail, I will send the v3 of this patch.
