[PATCH v2 0/5] gas: CFI directive and listing adjustments

These, while seemingly unrelated, are mixed because part of it is
to include data generated from .cfi_* directives in listings.

1: deal with the need for relocations from .cfi_{escape,fde_data}
2: include .cfi_* generated data in listing
3: make NO_LISTING work again
4: permit LEB128 operands for .cfi_escape
5: permit wider-than-byte operands for .cfi_escape
