Your understanding is correct.  There would be an issue if my patch
would be applied without the rest of this series though, which corrects
the rela r_offset values.  Without that resizing the .sframe section
size might result in errors attempting to apply relocations outside of
the section (as the linker assumed .sframe sections to get collated).
