2.45 Release Schedule

Hi Guys,

   The time is fast approaching for the next GNU Binutils release.
   Here is my current schedule:

     Create branch: Sun 13 July
     Release:       Sun 27 July

   So if you have any new features that you want to see in the next
   release, but which are not already in the development sources,
   now is the time to get them in!
