Would 8aad677a12832885acd5be1de8f41e740b8e713d and
50c1c57426db6e1c7b44b4d05f0b07fcba91f890 be okay? The main purpose is to
facilitate experimentation with SFrames and it doesn't affect anything
outside of that.

We may end up using it in glibc too.
