Admin request: updating email associated to my user

Hi,

A sourceware account was created for me last year, but I still cannot 
connect to https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/ using my Arm email.
Resetting my password does not work because I never receive the emails.

I tried to set it with the command below without success:
ssh mlongo@sourceware.org email matthieu.longo@arm.com

Please could an admin have a look at why I cannot receive the emails ?
