Committed the whole series to mainline with approval from Indu for
SFrame (see V3 [1] for her R-B) and Andreas for s390.

Patch 8 "s390: Store SFrame CFA offset adjusted" with the ugly
function prefix "__" removed, as it is no longer necessary [2], and
with the infix "FRE" removed as agreed by Indu [3].  The latter is
also reflected in patch 9 "s390: Store SFrame CFA offset adjusted
and scaled down".
