[PATCH,V2 0/3] libsframe: minor fixes and version bump

Hi,

This version addresses the review comments so far.

With some ABI incompatible changes making out in the 2.45 release,
lisbframe needs a version bump.  While at it, remove the previously
marked to-be-deprecated interface.
