Correct, I don't have push access. I might get push-after-approval on the
GDB side of things soon, but I have no idea if that even applies here.

The 'Bug:' syntax is a GDB guideline I fell back on since I couldn't find
one for binutils. There, at least, it added a comment to bugzilla with
details about the commit.
