BTW, I guess this commit changes the risc-v behavior recently,
https://github.com/bminor/binutils-gdb/commit/4295841be4392fcff33a1efee6d4345063021e6b.
IMO It's good to have generic codes to sync the behavior of undefined
(weak) symbols if needed.
