Yes, I have been working with Xinuos on updating and keeping the gABI
maintained. For e_machine and ELF_OSABI assignments, please send the
request to registry@xinuos.com, and I will assign a value and add it
to the registry. For gABI discussion and updates, you can follow the
generic-abi@googlegroups.com mailing list.

I have an updated and reorganized ELF spec, with all recently agreed
changes applied. I've shared it with a few reviewers, but we're still
waiting for legal approval to make it public (I'm hoping they'll allow
me to use a permissive copyright statement). Soon, I hope!
