gitweb's blame links

Hello,

didn't we have "blame" links in the web view of binutils-gdb.git until
pretty recently? If so, why were they disabled? That's imo a pretty
useful feature when one wants to figure out where certain code constructs
originate from. Doing the same from the command line is often not anywhere
nearly as efficient, especially when stuff was moved around or re-formatted
(requiring to go through multiple levels).
