[PATCH v2 0/7] x86: further GOT{,PCREL} related adjustments

Following on from "x86-64: enhancements to GOTPCREL / GOTTPOFF handling".

1: tighten convert-load-reloc checking
2: use CS: in place of ES: in @gotpcrel and @gottpoff relaxation
3: widen @got{,pcrel} support to PUSH and APX IMUL
4: further tighten convert-load-reloc checking
5: restrict use of GOT32X relocs
6: drop dead part of a conditional in elf_i386_convert_load_reloc()
7: GOT is an ELF-only entity
