	ld: Move Solaris/sparcv9 TEXT_START_ADDR to elf64_sparc_sol2.sh
        https://sourceware.org/pipermail/binutils/2025-August/143439.html

The first needs a libsframe maintainer (the discussion in the PR has
stalled), the second borders on obvious.
