Commit: Add tests for --error-execstack and --error-rwx-segments

Hi Guys,

  It was recently pointed out to me that although we have tests for the
  linker's --warn-execstack and --warn-rwx-segments options we do not
  have tests for the corresponding --error-execstack and
  --error-rwx-segments options.  So I am committing the attached patch
  to add them.
