It is just a reminder in case we change something in the patch afterwards :) if
we decide to commit the patch now. (while I still prefer commit the patch after
the documentation publish in September unless there is anyone else need that
in a hurry since we typically will wait for documentation when Binutils feature
freeze window is still quite far away, waiting Jan for his opinion.)
