[PATCH v2 0/5] ELF section attributes handling

It was only the 1st patch which was submitted before, as RFC. The new ones
carry out what was mentioned there as a remark/question.

3: gas/ELF: re-work SHF_GNU_* handling
4: gas/ELF: adjust bad section letter diagnostic
5: gas/ELF: allow specifying entity size for arbitrary sections
