Well that is not good. The buildbot thought there was a (new) failure
and alerted everybody who ever authored a commit...
The problem is that on a couple of architectures the ld tests aren't
zero fail. So the buildbot believes those builders have never seen a
successful build (technically they really haven't). When there is a
change in status (like the riscv builder getting disconnected, which
put the builder in error state) it sents out an notification to all
"Responsible Users". Which can add up.
I have changed the builders on debian-armhf, debian-i386,
fedora-arm64, fedora-s390x and ubuntu-riscv to not count a failing
make check-ld as causing the builder to fail.
That should show all builders as green now:
