[PATCH 0/3] gas: "intercept" hackery in the scrubber

Certain behavior of the scrubber depends on or should depend on directives
as they are being processed. The hackery involved isn't quite robust, and
there's also a lack of interception of ".end".

1: arm: don't engage symver scrubber hack in CCS mode
2: gas: restrict scrubber mri_{state,last_ch} vars
3: gas: avoid (scrubber) diagnostics for stuff past .end
