[PATCH 0/6] Support Intel Diamond Rapids AMX instructions

Hi all,

The rest of the AVX10.2 patches are actually all blocked by BF16 ops
issues. The discussion is nearly finished and there will be some changes
afterwards. Therefore, I would like to first send out Diamond Rapids
AMX related patches.

The following six patches will support all AMX features in ISE055.

There are some tweaks in AMX-TRANSPOSE and AMX-AVX512. Also we renamed
Opcode Space Name EVexMap5 to xVexMap5. Discussion are welcomed on the
implementation. Ok for trunk?
