[committed] MIPS/opcodes: Mark PAUSE as an alias

PAUSE is an assembly idiom for 'sll $0,$0,5', so mark it as an alias in 
the regular MIPS opcode table, matching the microMIPS opcode table.  A 
test case will be supplied separately.
