[PATCH v1] LoongArch: Fix dwarf3 test cases from XPASS to PASS

[Lulu Cai]

In the past, the .align directive generated a label that did not match
the regular expression, and we set it to XFAIL.
But now it matches fine so it becomes XPASS. We fix it with PASS.
