Bugzilla triaging

Hi,

I've been doing some triage of older Binutils bugs on bugzilla and
wondered about the following.

GCC has a bunch of Bugzilla keywords to tag a bug as being of a certain
class, e.g.
* wrong-code
* accepts-invalid
* rejects-valid
* testsuite-fail
* needs-reduction
* needs-source

The full list is described at https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/describekeywords.cgi.

How do people feel about us adding those (maybe different names? if so,
what?) and some others, maybe binutils-specific ones (suggest them)?

The idea being making it a bit easier to find bugs of a certain type and
also quickly find serious (or not-so-serious) bugs.

Alternatively, if people wouldn't find that useful at all, then that's
fine, even if I disagree.
