[PATCH v2 0/3] Support part of DMR AMX instructions

Hi all,

It has been a while since the first version of the DMR AMX
instructions. We have got several feedbacks on encoding,
mnemonics and implementation. Really appreciate that.

For encoding on AMX-AVX512 and mnemonics on AMX-AVX512 and
AMX-MOVRS, there are still something under discussion so I
choose first send the other three out.

As Jan said in v1 patch, there definitely would be APX
extension for AMX-TRANSPOSE. Since Binutils 2.44 schedule
is tight, AMX-TRANSPOSE is the base patch of DMR AMX patches,
and also APX encoding extension is not tricky, I will publish
the patch with AMX-TRANSPOSE suppore before APX doc got them.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. Ok for trunk?
