[COMMITTED] libsframe: minor fixups in flip_fre related functions

libsframe/
	* sframe.c (flip_fre_start_address): Remove unnecessary type
	cast.  Use uint16_t instead of unsigned short.
	(flip_fre_stack_offsets): Likewise.
