Hmm, didn't MaskRay specifically politely asked to maybe postpone the 
linker relaxation patches for a little? ;-) And this series shouldn't 
conflict with your bfd/ld work.

Regarding the test failures, sorry about that, I'll try to fix them and 
send v4 before the Chinese New Year holidays.
