[PATCH] RISC-V: Update zfinx implement with zicsr.

LGTM.  I actually had exactly the same change in my Zfinx-related fixes
(PATCH v2) except I didn't make CSR-related {,pseudo}instruction testcases.

I'll work on my other Zfinx-related fixes on your patch.
