Full disclosure, the following 2 of 11 email addresses bounced:

 * Ithamar R. Adema <ithamar.adema@team-embedded.nl>
   A known alternate email was found and CCed

 * Simon South <ssouth@simonsouth.com>
   Unknown.  However the majority of what was contributed was
   reworked through various binutils updates by myself.
   I feel no relevant changes are left.
