ar docs and -t

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to find a way to list archive members using ar. The ar
docs are at https://sourceware.org/binutils/docs/binutils/ar.html.

It looks like ar responds to -t to list the archive members, but the
ar docs don't mention it. -t showed up in a search on Stack Overflow.

It might be a good idea to include -t in the docs at
https://sourceware.org/binutils/docs/binutils/ar.html.
